• Bob brings over 4 decades of experience in the Industrial sector with nearly 15 years in advanced tool making and multi-axis CNC Machining, prior to moving into the Oil and Gas sector.  Bob began his career in Oil and Gas managing a provider of separation technology products for the Downstream market. From there he moved into the custom cable and umbilical market for the SURF and related fields.  Bob has owned P&Ls in excess of $200M and has held senior  Senior Management to CEO and Director roles at multinational companies such as Technip, Prysmian Group, ACS Industries, and Seanamic Group

•  Christian Conners brings over a decade of experience working with small and large International Oil and Gas contractors and equipment providers.  Christian was employed at NOV-Pressure Control Division, with a remit for certifying critical BOPs prior to service.  He is a fully trained process operator and first responder for critical downstream process lines, His experience offshore and onshore in drilling pressure control and seismic operations, brings valuable skills to support our clients at CBED Consutling in project execution,  Project Management, Safety and Offshore operations.  Christian holds multiple certifications for offshore operations.

•  Michael brings a career spanning 5 decades of business management. From an early career of retail management to CEO and Director of a multi-national industrial electronics company. After that company’s acquisition, Michael operated his own small business for twenty years. The start up, self financed, employed over 10 people in two installation teams, and offered advanced technology for home and business. Now in retirement he provides his experience in ways that can help other businesses meet challenges and grow to the next phase in their development. Michael’s strong organizational skills and ability to reduce complex issues to actionable goals provides clients with a fresh approach to solving problems. Michael also is a trained electronics engineer and has held positions of engineering in the fields of optical test measurement, cable extrusion technology and fiber optics.

•  Pavlos Karnezis, P.E. has nearly a decade of experience in subsea production systems, specializing in umbilical design and manufacturing. He also has extensive experience in finite element analysis. Currently, he serves as an engineering consultant for CBED Consulting a subsidiary of ENP Industries. Previously, he was the Engineering Manager at Umbilicals International and a Senior Engineer for Technip Umbilicals. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.  

• Joaquin Medina brings over 3 decades of Manufacturing and Plant Management for multi-billion dollar Global organizations as well as smaller niche players.  Joaquin brings a wide range of skills and experience to the plate, with extensive knowledge in new plant configuration, staffing and systems.  He brings a strong knowledge in modern Plant Management Systems and Quality and Safety sytems related to Manufacturing such as 5S, DMAIC, TOPSET, Root Cause Analysis and implementation of these systems into various plant types. Joaquin is a 6igma Green Belt and has a long history of building strong manufacturing teams.
